{"id":9182,"date":"2019-05-23T09:48:07","date_gmt":"2019-05-23T07:48:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cti-commission.fr\/?p=9182"},"modified":"2019-05-23T09:48:09","modified_gmt":"2019-05-23T07:48:09","slug":"retour-sur-le-congres-de-lengineering-professors-council-a-londres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cti-commission.fr\/en\/retour-sur-le-congres-de-lengineering-professors-council-a-londres","title":{"rendered":"Retour sur le congr\u00e8s de l&#8217;Engineering Professors Council \u00e0 Londres"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Anne-Marie Jolly, Conseill\u00e8re de la Pr\u00e9sidence et membre de la CTI<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/epc.ac.uk\/events\/epc-congress-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\">congr\u00e8s EPC<\/a> (<em>Engineering Professors Council<\/em>) s\u2019est tenu du 13 au 15 mai 2019 \u00e0 l\u2019UCL (<em>University&nbsp;College<\/em>de Londres)&nbsp;sur le th\u00e8me &#8220;<em>Engineering change : Surviving and shaping the policy environment<\/em>&#8220;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019EPC est une association \u00e0 laquelle&nbsp;adh\u00e8rent&nbsp;les institutions formant les ing\u00e9nieurs anglais, et qui re\u00e7oit les&nbsp;professeurs de ces institutions aux diff\u00e9rents \u00e9v\u00e9nements qu&#8217;elle organise. La CTI, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par&nbsp;Anne-Marie Jolly,&nbsp;\u00e9tait invit\u00e9e \u00e0 participer au d\u00e9bat sur&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cti-commission.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Pr%C3%A9sentation-Anne-Marie-JOLLY_UCL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>les&nbsp;effets de l\u2019accr\u00e9ditation sur l\u2019innovation<\/strong><\/a>, au c\u00f4t\u00e9 de&nbsp;l\u2019<em>Engineering Council<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la CTI, le d\u00e9bat s&#8217;est engag\u00e9 sur les m\u00e9thodes employ\u00e9es par les deux organisations, qui semblent tr\u00e8s similaires.&nbsp;Les enseignants anglais ont toutefois&nbsp;soulev\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes qui semblent \u00eatre plus&nbsp;li\u00e9s \u00e0 la non-actualisation de leur pratique et de leur&nbsp;formation,&nbsp;qu\u2019\u00e0 la structure en elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est \u00e0 noter que&nbsp;le&nbsp;<em>Council for Higher Education<\/em>&nbsp;am\u00e9ricain a publi\u00e9 un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cti-commission.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Position-paper-UCL-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>position paper<\/em>sur le th\u00e8me &#8220;<em>Appropriate Accountability for Accreditation<\/em>&#8220;<\/a>,&nbsp;dans lequel il est rappel\u00e9 que l\u2019un des trois&nbsp;buts de l\u2019accr\u00e9ditation est de faire progresser l\u2019innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la journ\u00e9e, des sujets tr\u00e8s concrets&nbsp;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9s&nbsp;tels que les bonnes pratiques&nbsp;des professeurs en cas d\u2019espionnage :&nbsp;des agents du service&nbsp;de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (Mi5) et des services secrets (Mi6) du&nbsp;CPNI&nbsp;(<em>Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure<\/em>)&nbsp;sont venus pr\u00e9senter les moyens actuels de&nbsp;<strong>l\u2019espionnage scientifique<\/strong>, ainsi que&nbsp;les dangers sp\u00e9cifiques auxquels les enseignants ou leurs \u00e9tudiants peuvent \u00eatre confront\u00e9s dans le cadre du&nbsp;d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019innovations.<br>Des sensibilisations de ce type seraient&nbsp;sans doute utiles en France \u00e9galement, o\u00f9&nbsp;une telle formation est donn\u00e9e aux directeurs, quelquefois aux responsables de recherche, mais rarement aux professeurs dans le cadre d&#8217;une application dans&nbsp;leurs activit\u00e9s d\u2019enseignement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9 que les institutions anglaises sont tr\u00e8s concern\u00e9es par les&nbsp;<strong>probl\u00e8mes d\u2019attractivit\u00e9<\/strong>.
