Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, elle rappelle l\u2019approche qu\u2019en donne la CTI dans son document \u00ab Analyses &#038; Perspectives \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, l\u2019\u00e9tude propose 9 bonnes pratiques illustr\u00e9es par les dynamiques mises \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre dans les \u00e9tablissements observ\u00e9s. 6 \u00e9coles d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs sont parties prenantes de ce travail : CPE Lyon, ISARA Lyon, ENSM \u2013 SE, ECAM Lyon, Grenoble INP et INSA Lyon.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, le dossier propose quelques outils d\u2019animation d\u2019une d\u00e9marche pilot\u00e9e et un ensemble de ressources existantes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude pointe la mont\u00e9e des exigences port\u00e9es tant par les pouvoirs publics que par les partenaires sociaux, notamment ce que ces derniers ont inscrit dans l\u2019accord national interprofessionnel de 2013 portant sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail et l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle : en effet, ils \u00ab  demandent que les programmes de formation des futurs managers, des dirigeants et des managers en poste int\u00e8grent davantage cette dimension \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan minist\u00e9riel Sant\u00e9 au Travail 2010 \u2013 2014 exprimait des exigences sp\u00e9cifiques relatives aux formations initiales d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs : la pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude en est une traduction.<\/p>\n<p>Tout r\u00e9cemment, le contrat d\u2019objectifs et de performance 2014 \u2013 2017 de l\u2019ANACT ambitionne d\u2019impulser l\u2019introduction g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e dans les cursus d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019un volet \u00ab conditions de travail \u00bb.
