The CTI\u2019s missions include the evaluation of engineering degree programmes at master’s level abroad. The procedures may take two different forms that may be combined in a single process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chaque ann\u00e9e, des milliers de dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s d’\u00e9tablissements d’enseignement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e9trangers obtiennent un dipl\u00f4me reconnu en France. De nouvelles demandes sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9e, en particulier par des \u00e9tablissements francophones \u00e9trangers et\/ou des \u00e9tablissements entretenant des liens \u00e9troits avec des \u00e9coles fran\u00e7aises.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n As is the case for French engineering schools, the accreditation process includes a site visit to the institution by an expert panel, a published evaluation report and a recommendation for accreditation, the content and duration of which are debated and voted on at the plenary session of the CTI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prior to a first evaluation process of a foreign institution, there is an admissibility phase<\/strong> in order to check that the scope of the application and a few major criteria are in line with the CTI’s missions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Two Admissibility Committee meetings are organized in 2025-2026.
